Balanced Lifestyle

It is important to balance your health. In additon to using acupuncture to establish assist the body back into balance, there are many contributing factors to establishing balance in your life.

Great tips for creating balance in your life...

Eat well - Increase the amount of whole foods in your diet. Eliminate processed foods, white sugar, white flour, and junk food to create and maintain good health.

Sleep well - Try going to bed at 10pm or earlier to ensure you are getting enough sleep. Sleep with your room completely dark to ensure the production of melatonin, even go so far as to cover your alarm clock lights with a piece of fabric. Keep all electronics and adapters, including clocks, at a far distance from your head and body so that the electromagnetic frequencies do not interfere with your body's natural frequencies.


Exercise - At minimum, go for a leisurely walk every day. Walking is a great form of exercise that is free and allows you to spend time outdoors and in nature.

Have fun - Enjoy your life. It seems like a simple statement. Are you doing it? Find hobbies or interests that you enjoy and make you smile. Plan fun events or activites that make you feel wonderful.

Enjoy family & friends - Open your heart to your family and friends. Do fun and enjoyable activities together to cultivate joyful times.
